Simmonds Polishing has three dedicated production
managers available at all times to look after all your Polishing and Painting
needs.
Mick is the full time production manager at our Knoxfield factory, Greg looks
after all our clients at Bayswater and Simon fill those duties at our Dandenong
factory.
We believe the use of dedicated production managers is paramount to the
successful completion of your polishing or painting projects. Even in today’s
highly computerised, highly monitored society many of our clients still prefer
to just call up and discuss or make changes to details. No amount of data bases
and emails can replace a personal contact point where our clients can simply
call up and check-up or change details. Speaking to the same person every time
and having a consistent contact person alleviates so many misunderstandings and
confusing specifications that simply can’t be reliably relayed via email or fax.
