Simmonds Polishing we are acutely aware of the need to be able to cater to all
the coatings needs of our clients. Even though we operate in a niche market of joinery
surface coatings, that niche is quite varied in the many different products we
apply and the way in which they are applied.
With this
in mind, we endeavour to source the expertise of specialist tradesman from many
varied industries. Our intention is to always have an expert available to be
able to both, apply any product required, and also, the ability to apply those
products in differing ways.
Currently
we have on staff team members with experience in the following areas; top
quality two pack painting, commercial quality two pack painting, clear two pack
polishing, furniture staining and polishing, industrial metal painting,
domestic house painting, french polishing, automotive painting, and glass
painting.
Whilst
most of our tradesman are multi skilled and will cross over to different
coatings on any given day we always have an expert available to both train and
oversee the work in their area of expertise.
Our hope
is to always have a team member available to be able to attend to any coating
system required by our many and varied clients.
Within
this group of highly skilled tradesman there are many boutique skills available
that we still call on occasionally. Part of our success is found within our
ability to attend to any unusual coating situation we come across. Our ability
to facilitate the entire coating process no matter how complicated is one that
sets us above our competition.
Some of
these boutique skills include; fake graining, hand french polishing, cutting
and polishing, eye matching stains, inlaying veneer, panel beating, upholstery,
wood turning, bleaching and fuming. As you can see many of these skills are
outdated and rarely needed but when required those skills are on hand and
readily available.
This is
all part of our complete joinery coatings system. A system that is designed to
cater to the entire needs of our clients. As we see it you should have no need
to source other coating specialists who can offer a service that we do not.
