Why use a dust free spray booth?

Our enclosed dust free spray booths have air entering through filters so that the environment inside has a minimal amount of dust. The spray painter working within the booth also wears an anti-static full cover spray suit, again to reduce dust to a minimum.

Many coatings we spray do not require the use of an enclosed booth as they dry quickly and as our factory environment is kept clean,  no dust lands on the polished or painted surface before it dries.
Our enclosed dust free booths are used mainly for spraying two pack lacquer because it dries differently to other lacquers. Being a two part system it dries by a chemical reaction that starts when two solutions are mixed together. The chemical reaction that starts creates friction and heat and actually attracts dust towards it. So, where single pack lacquers may get the odd bit of dust on them if it lands on the wet lacquer surface, two pack lacquer will actually attract dust towards itself. Therefore all our two pack work needs to be finished in an enclosed dust free booth.
